Open Enrollment is handled electronically through the Employee Navigator system annually. During open enrollment, status changes and new hires will make their selections online.

Employees participating in the FSA, HSA or Dependent Care programs must re-enroll each year and confirm the amount to be deducted from each paycheck during Open Enrollment for the following school year.
